Prior to joining Global Executive Solutions Group Karen spent 16 years working in the industrial manufacturing sector focusing on temperature process control equipment utilized in the Rubber, Plastic, Chemical, Food, Paper and Tire industries. She was a key factor in the research and design of a new system enabling her employer to penetrate new markets.
Karen's industry knowledge, strong work ethic and passion for success enable her to accurately access the requirements of the clients and candidates and "marry" them in to a lasting working relationship.
