Matching the right individual with the right company is always a challenge. While you can identify experience and credentials, you can't see behavior. What is more, the candidate can't see a company's management style or corporate culture.
Therefore, we have an optional tool available for clients called SelecSys, which can verify that candidates and companies are a right fit for one another. SelecSys saves a great deal of time and money in the candidate selection process.
SelecSys is a quick and accurate tool to assess a candidates "fit" into an organization. It provides a charted assessment of both the client's and candidate's personality traits, indictors of behavior, a profile of ideal traits for the position, and an indication of how the candidate fits the position. It also offers other features including behavioral based interviewing questions and a post hiring feedback system to insure that the new hire is functioning effectively in their new environment.
