Practice Leader

Mike leads our Logistics (3PL & 4PL) Practice. He has over ten years in the transportation & logistics industry, having held key management positions of increasing responsibility in sales and operations. Mike also operated a successful consulting firm for three years, contracting with major carriers on recruiting, retention and contractor relations' issues.

Mike's passion for excellence and thoroughness in communications are complemented by his intensity and attention to detail. The combination of his diligence and extensive 3PL industry network contacts ensure that talented individuals are identified, qualified and presented to his clients on a timely basis.

Christina is the Project Coordinator for our Third Party Logistics Practice. With over 5 years experience in the arts as a professional ballerina and in retail sales, this background has enabled her to develop and maintain strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills which serves her well in her current executive recruiting role. Christina is also bi-lingual in Spanish & English which assists our searches where Spanish is a language requirement for the position.

As a Project Coordinator, once an assignment has been received from a client, Christina reviews the specifications with the Practice Leader. She then coordinates the search for top talent to fill the position including market research, discussing prospective talent with knowledgeable executives in the logistics industry, contacting and interviewing those potential candidates, qualifying selected individuals for further review and preparing presentations on those selected for further discussions with the client.
