Christina leads our Retail Supply Chain Practice. She has over 5 years experience in retail, where she was nationally recognized for her accomplishments in sales for one of the nation's largest specialty retailers of home furnishings.  She also has over 5 years experience as a Professional Athlete.  This background has enabled her to develop and maintain strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills that serves her well in her current executive recruiting role. Christina is also bi-lingual in Spanish & English which assists our searches where Spanish is a language requirement for the position.

Robert leads our Retail Supply Chain Management practice. He is a seasoned supply-chain executive with extensive sales, 3PL, line management, and strategic & operational experience. He has developed and implemented innovative cost savings and service improvement solutions across multiple industries. As a Managing Consultant with A.T. Kearney for over 20 years, Robert led and executed over 140 successful projects in materials management, warehousing, and inventory reduction. Examples include: Supply-chain network integration in a supermarket takeover, fulfillment center strategic sourcing that produced over 50% cost savings in telecommunications, and production and distribution integration enabling cost avoidance of $50 million.

Robert uses his strong analytical and operational skills to apply the same approach to executive search that he followed in his operational and consulting career. He diligently ensures full understanding of clients' business needs and the complex roles and responsibilities of key personnel in clients' organizations. He then carefully fine-tunes his recruiting efforts to find only the best-qualified candidates, whose credentials match our clients' specific requirements.
